With an extensive and impressive background having been involved in fire for 25 years, Ross has worked in numerous senior positions within fire safety, training, and operations; in the military and the local authority.
He now heads up our Global Technical Services division, focusing on Quality, Competence and Compliance.
Bruce has worked for the Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Service for almost 20 years, from Fire Fighter, progressing to Fire Engineer, he headed up the commercial arm of the Fire Service in Newcastle. Bruce brings pragmatism and dynamic mitigations, to improve understanding for clients and colleagues alike.
Bruce also has the Level 6 Award in External Wall Systems.
Holding a Masters in Fire Safety Engineering and having handled a large and impressive portfolio over his career, Andy brings a great deal of expertise with specialisms in Fire Engineering, CFD Modelling and Fire Strategies. Andy’s ability to understand complex issues and support clients’ decision making places GTS at the forefront of fire consultancy.
Andreas, with over 22 years in civil engineering, has a rich background including a six-year consultancy role in UK’s built environment industries. Currently finalising his chartered engineer status at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), he is known for his approachable style in façade engineering.
Tomi brings a dynamic background to the field of architecture and construction, at BAM Construction. Followed by two years at Weber Saint Gobain, where Tomi gained valuable experience working with render and external wall insulation. Moving on to SFS, Tomi excelled as a Site Technician, focusing on envelope systems and roofing.
Heading up our Fire Risk Assessment department, Matt will be using his extensive 24 year background in the Fire Service for the RAF and working with high profile projects for local authorities to head up our team conducting extensive Fire Risk Assessments and producing bespoke solutions for our clients projects.
Jody has worked in Technical Management for over 25 years, managing multimillion-pound projects and large teams of people. His specialisms are in drywall, fire barriers and fire-stopping, with extensive knowledge of the built environment. He supports our client base and colleagues with detailed knowledge and practical solutions to passive fire-related issues.
